The Maverick is located in a quiet, family-oriented part of the Daytona resort area. This location affords vacation-goers close proximity to all of Daytona’s great attractions, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Our 138 studios and one-bedroom apartments all face the broad, sandy beach and there’s an on-property pool and Jacuzzi for even more water enjoyment. Our activities director will gladly help you arrange anything from dinner cruises to deep sea fishing excursions and tee times. On-site activities abound, as well, ranging from orientation sessions complete with coffee and donuts to jewelry-making classes and bingo games.

The Daytona Beach area offers virtually dozens of entertainment opportunities. On the water, there’s deep-sea fishing, jet ski riding, canoeing and even river cruises and casino gambling. And speaking of gambling, why not try your luck at the Daytona Beach Kennel Club?

Racing fans will delight in Daytona USA, not to mention the world-famous Daytona International Speedway, home to NASCAR’s famed Daytona 500. There are plenty of parks and museums to visit, as well, affording you the opportunity to observe nature’s gentle manatees and learn more about the history of one of Florida’s oldest communities. The world’s largest flea market takes place here every weekend and there are lots of other great shopping outlets and malls nearby, as well.

Directions
From I-95
Take exit 88 and take Route 40 eastbound. Follow Route 40 (which is Granada Boulevard) to A1A/Atlantic Avenue. Turn right onto A1A. Go one mile to The Maverick Resort on the left.

From I-4
Take I-95 North, then exit 88 (Route 40). Proceed five and a half miles east on 40 to A1A (Atlantic Avenue.) Turn right onto A1A. Go one mile to The Maverick Resort on the left.

From Daytona International Airport
Take International Speedway Boulevard (U.S. 92) east to A1A. Turn left (north) on A1A. Follow A1A to The Maverick Resort on the right, about five and a half miles.
