Password Reset Feature

For the convenience of our owners, the password reset process has been redesigned. In situations where you have forgotten the password to your account, you can now reset it at anytime by using the password reset feature. The process is simple; just enter your email or Contract ID, and click on "submit". This will send a onetime password to your registered email in the system. Once received, you can input this onetime password and immediately changed it to a new one.

Note: The new temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on record for you. Please contact Web Support if you do not have access to that email address, or if you fail to receive the temporary password. Also, be sure to check in your "spam" or "junk" mail folders for the message.
