This quiet little city is just a few miles from the metropolis that is Miami, an easy day-trip from Orlando to the North, and Key West to the South. In our opinion, Canada House is the best place to escape to in Pompano Beach. Our “off-the-beaten-path” resort, which has won RCI’s Silver Crown award 13 of the last 14 years, is a quiet, low-key place to relax and enjoy yourself just a short walk from our private-access beach, while still leaving lots of options for shopping, dining, partying, or exploring.
Our staff believes that the more information you have, the better you’ll enjoy your vacation, so we have a comprehensive website at www.canadahouse.us. In our rooms, we have an exhaustive Guest Information Book, filled with information about the resort and surrounding area, which is updated and assembled by our staff annually. We take no advertising for this book – everything in it is recommended by our staff and/or previous guests. Our “room book” often shows up on comment cards, with guests referring to it as “the best room book (they’ve seen) at any resort”.

Speaking of owning at Canada House, we are now able to sell Association-owned unit/weeks, with the option to convert them to RCI Points. (We can also convert currently-owned unit/weeks to Points.) Our only salesperson is our Resort Manager, so you’ll have to skip the “90-minute presentation” and just tell us which unit/week you’d like to purchase from our list of inventory. More information and a list of prices by season and type can be found on our website, or you can contact us with your needs and we’ll let you know what we have available.
Our resort is in a constant state of change. Unlike some resorts that make no changes for many years then overhaul everything all at once, we prefer updating things a little at a time as needed. This means there’s always something new to look forward to each year when visiting. We also paint our units on a rotating basis, to keep them looking as fresh as possible for our owners and guests. Our owners receive a letter each year outlining the most major changes, and we’re always happy to share details of even minor updates on request.

Las Vegas may have the reputation for being an extreme adult playground, but just a few miles to the west of the Strip, The Cliffs at Peace Canyon offers guests a place to kick back, relax and enjoy a tranquil retreat on their vacation.
Families, nature-lovers, and adults enjoying life after kids can enjoy the home-style atmosphere that we provide, and find it to be a nice alternative to the bustling Strip. Located a short drive from Red Rock state park, Mount Charleston and the historic Bonnie Springs, there is plenty to do outside of the casinos, and even more to see less than three hours’ drive away.
Those who do want to see the bright lights and neon are just a short 20-minutes’ drive from the heart of the action. Many guests enjoy the convenience of our complimentary shuttle, which drops off and picks up at the Mirage Hotel and Casino, in addition to weekly excursions to the Fremont Street Experience and Premium Outlets South. The seasons truly bring out the character of the property’s desert-friendly landscaping, and fall is no exception. Guests can take advantage of the many scenic locations around the property on Thursday, when complimentary keepsake photos are taken. Showcased on our Shutterfly page (password: cliffs), guests can download their photos (surrounded by custom frames) or order additional prints after they’re back home.
The resort team has been working hard to renovate the condo-style 1- and 2-bedroom units. These upgrades includes recent living room upgrades with new decor, furnishings, and products. This is not where the changes stop though! We are currently upgrading the kitchen appliances with a new stainless steel package ensured to improve the aesthetics of the kitchens for our guests. While in our Bedrooms we have planned for later in the year to upgrade the bedroom package with a whole new design and linen layout. All these upgrade are being worked on, but we have more changes planned for the future to keep our owners and guests happy.

Since opening in 2003 the Grandview at Las Vegas has continued to grow evolve for our owners and guests. 2017 was tremendous year; not only did the resort receive many upgrades to the property, the Las Vegas valley has continued to develop with the arrival of a National Hockey League to the approval of a National Football League. We are excited to see what the future will bring for our owners and guests.

We are very excited to announce that in July of 2018 we are opening yet another new building here at the Colonies at Williamsburg Resort.
We have a new exciting floor plan that consists of a new unit type and floor plan called the Chesapeake units located on Connecticut Court. This new unit boasts two one-bedroom units that when combined with the shared foyer make for a totally separate and private two-bedroom unit. These units each have two full and fully equipped kitchens, two fire places, two private bedrooms and large bathrooms. Each one-bedroom unit also has a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with privacy for four and two separate outdoor spaces.
We are always very happy to see the Resort continue to grow and be developed. On your next visit to your home Resort please be sure to stop by the Front Desk and ask to see the new model of this unit and floorplan.

Busch Gardens has already begun getting geared up with new rides, activities and entertainment experiences for the spring, summer and fall seasons. Open all summer along a long with their sister property Water Country, A water theme park. Seasonal activities like Oktoberfest, featuring beers from around the world, Christmas Town where the entire park is abundantly decorator for the Holiday seasons with over 8 million lights. During December, all of the entertainment shows are based around the holidays to really get everyone into the Holiday season!
Busch Gardens in Williamsburg features many rides including over 7 different Roller Coaster and just in 2017 opened the new exciting Roller Coaster by the name of Invader. Opening Spring of 2018 is a new exciting and the newest in virtual reality rides by the name of Battle for Eire.

Vacation Village in the Berkshires has been working hard enhancing our property! We have completely converted our entire property to flat screen televisions, refinished all of our rustic coffee tables, a Fire Pit on our beautiful new Clubhouse Patio and we have even added a media room with movie showings every day! These are just a few of the enhancements that we have completed recently. Whether escaping reality or visiting for business, Villas at Fortune Place is the place to stay and play. Wake up early or sleep late, then spend time under our palm trees and the warm Florida Sun. You may decide to stay indoors or sit on the back porch and just enjoy the lake view, whatever your decision…it is just fine with us.
Just in case you want to “venture” out to our pool area, we have 2 large pools, a kiddy pool and a hot tub. We invite our owners & guests, both young and old to take a refreshing & relaxing splash like no other. The fun in the sun does not end there! You can join in on our weekly poolside BBQ that gives you an opportunity to enjoy that burger you did not have to cook. While smelling the aromas from the grill you can enjoy one of several poolside activities: “hoops”- on the full-size basketball court, a relaxing game of shuffle board, a tennis match, horseshoes, putt-putt, playground area or just relax in the pools.
